Lloyds Banking Group

In July 2010, Coller Capital and Lloyds Banking Group formed a joint venture named Cavendish Square Partners to acquire 40 private equity investments in the

bank’s Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance portfolio. The new joint venture is majority owned by Coller Capital.
